The course catalog for prospective students (in German only!)

"Uni live!" contains a list of selected courses and lectures which prospective students can attend.

Lectures and courses can give you an idea of university instruction in individual subjects.

We invite you to find out more about specific programs by attending our courses or lectures. This can also help you to make a decision about which subject to study.

Recommendations

To prepare for a course or a lecture, we urge you to attend a lecture from the What, how, why to study? series or to take a look at one of the videos or podcasts from the same series, which you can find in Universität Hamburg's course offerings.

To ensure that regular instruction proceeds smoothly, we ask you to please observe the following:

Groups should register with the instructor directly or with amrei.scheller~AT~uni-hamburg.de.
In exceptional cases, we ask individuals to register. Please read the information about this in the course catalog.
Please note lectures or courses with attendance limited to certain dates.
If not otherwise stated, please limit your attendance to three to five classes per course or lectures per series.
Please arrive punctually and do not disrupt the class or lecture by talking.
