Intercultural competence has become the crucial building block for success in the course of globalisation. There is great demand for managers who possess detailed knowledge of international management as well as intercultural experience and communicative competence. Besides imparting international business management expertise, the modular curriculum provides insight into the social, political, legal and macroeconomic conditions prevailing in international management, which is just as indispensable as the ability to communicate and give presentations with confidence in foreign languages. In addition, encounters and cooperation in an intercultural framework form a fundamental part of the Master’s programme.
