If you have questions about applying online or enrolling, you can use this form to contact the Application and Admissions Team at Universität Hamburg. Before you send your question, please check to see if the information is available in the online application instructions (which you can find on at this page: Applying).

If there is a change of address during the enrollment period, please use this form to send the Application and Admissions Team your new mailing address as well as your registration papers (as a pdf).

Answers to FAQs

• There are no special deadlines at Universität Hamburg for older secondary-school graduates (for example, students who received their Abitur from the former ZVS).
• You do not need to submit certified copies of your registration papers, personal ID or passport when you enroll.
• If you have technical questions about applying online or if you are having access difficulties, please send an email to: uhh.bewerbung-technik~AT~rrz.uni-hamburg.de.
