Tips on room reservation form

1. Following the introduction of a new time-slot model for modules, selection options under „course type“ have been more precisely differentiated.
   The selection category „Semester-long lecture series“ has been replaced by the category „Elective course.“
2. There is also a new category, „Expected attendance.“
3. „LV-No.“ is now a mandatory category. If this has not yet been confirmed, please provide your department's prefix, followed by three zeros (e.g. 61-000). For single courses without an LV-No. please check „none.“
4. „Course title“ is now a mandatory category.
5. „Instructor's name“ is now a mandatory category. (If there is no instructor, please check „none“).
6. „Weekday“ now has an additional selection option: „Course dates“ is for special courses which take place on more than one weekday
7. Instead of „Semester-long LV,“ you can now use a selection button. If you select „takes place every 14 days,“ you also need to list the individual dates under „Course dates.“ Otherwise, it is not clear on what dates the course continues following holidays.

After submitting the form, you will receive automatic confirmation of your booking details. As soon as we have processed your request, we will send an Email confirming or rejecting the request.
