For the first time, the University of Hamburg is offering an opportunity, starting in the summer semester 2009, to pursue a Master's in a "special" language. The Master's program in Sign Language focuses on the visual and spatial sign languages, which have never been offered in Germany as a Master's degree subject in either the languages or humanities.
This program is open to graduates with an interest in languages and the humanities; for further information, click
here. If you cannot make a decision by the deadline on January 15th 2009 or if you cannot submit all of your application documents by this date, please contact
Prof. Dr. Renate Fischer.
