Biochemie, Molekularbiologie und Funktion des T-Zell-Differenzierungsantigens RT6

Ergebnisse: Charakterisierung der Ratten (Species Rattus norvegicus) und Maus (mus musculus) RT6 Expressionsprodukte als mono-ADP-Ribosyltransferasen bzw. NAD-Hydrolasen, sowie deren strukturelle und funktionelle Identifizierung als Mitglieder einer in der Phylogenese stark konservierten, bereits bei Eukaryonten experimentierten Gen-Familie. Nachweis, daß RT6⁺ T-Zellen offenbar Lebensdauer als Rt6^-T-Zellen haben. Nachweis, daß RT6 und einige andere T-Zell spezifische Marker auch von T-Zellen der Species rattus exprimiert werden.
