Placement Intensive Courses Summer 2012

The next placements into our language courses will be done in the period from 16^th July - 24^th July 2012 (VMP 5, room 3030).
For courses on an advanced level the placement is compulsory. So if you have some existing language skills, but did not participate in a previous course nor did you take a placement test in the target language within the past 12 months a prior language consultation is needed. (For beginner courses a placement is not required !)

⇒ Please register for the oral placement test in advance via email einstufung@sprachkurse-hochschule.de - indicating the target language, date/ time (appointments every 30 minutes !). Registrations will be accepted until the last working day before the date of the placement test - depending on available seats !
(⇒ Important information: Problems with the receipt of emails of an FreeMail account, in particular GMX addresses ! Please announce yourselves immediately to us in the office or try again over another email account, e.g. the University of Hamburg if you did not hear anything of us.)

When comming to the placement date you have to also bring the performed written placement test (printed out and filled in !).
According to your results of the oral and written test you will receive a certificate via email stating your language level. This certificate will be necessary to apply for a given language course. For registration please fill the on-line application form within a specific application period for advanced learner.
